The yoga style in the tradition of T. Krishnamacharya offers the possibility of self-awareness and rediscovery of body's own abilities. In my classes I respect the precondition, restriction and strength of each individual person. All participants exercise according to their own abilities an needs, without any external pressure or need to keep up to others in the class. A class consists of a maximum of 12 participants.    Offered classes, English or German beginner and advance Women during pregnancy children and adults with special needs people in wheelchair & decreased mobility elderly people employees at their work place
